  7.     This is The Cambridge Harness Handicapper, a professional quality
  8.     handicapper for standardbred horses distributed on a user supported
  9.     basis. To run the program you MUST use the HARNESS.BAT file. It's
  10.     easy. Just type HARNESS at the DOS prompt and hit RETURN. Do NOT try
  11.     to launch NHARN1.EXE directly. It won't work properly.
  12.     
  13.     To run the program, you must have the following files on your disk or
  14.     in the directory from which the program is launched:

  16.          HARNESS.BAT
  17.          NHARN1.EXE
  18.          SPEEDSCR.COM
  19.          NHARN1.PAK
